Australian air Express is an accredited Regulated Air Cargo Agent (RACA) under federal legislation, which sets stringent guidelines on how your freight is handled, stored and transported safely and securely. Our RACA Transport Security Program is among the most rigorous and highly regarded in the industry.

- Uniforms and Identification
Individual identification and accreditation is a critical part of the Australian air Express Air Cargo Security Program. All AaE employees and contractors who accept or deliver air cargo wear the company's distinctive uniform, which displays the company insignia. All staff are also required to clearly display official, individually numbered, identification cards which display the individual's name, photo, the AaE Logo and an expiry date.

- Accredited Air Cargo Security Training
Australian air Express is an Accredited Training Organisation (ATO) accredited under the Regulated Air Cargo Security Training Framework to provide RACA Security Training.
All employees and contractors who handle air cargo are required to maintain competency in air cargo security. This includes the awareness of criminal activity and crime prevention measures.
Loss Prevention & Risk Management
One function of the Australian air Express Security Department is the identification of security risks to the business, as well as providing vulnerability analysis and risk management strategies.
The protection of customer property must include the participation of the customer to ensure that all consignments presented are adequately identified as required by regulation and are packed safely and securely to reduce the risk of damage or loss.
AaE incorporates loss prevention measures such as background checks on employees and contractors, security inspections of people, vehicles and goods, as well as safety and security audits of the business.
