What has changed?

• New look and shape, making them more user-friendly.
• We have simplified the way you protect your goods from loss and damage with Parcel Protection.
• We have updated the Service Conditions on the back.
• There is now also space for the SSCC barcode, but you will be hearing more about this later.
• The graphics on the satchels will be changing to make room for the new shaped notes.

What has not?

• The location of some fields has changed but the information you provide has not.
• We can still preprint details on the con notes for you.
• Writing clearly and legibly on the notes to eliminate error.

What else do you need to know?

• You can still use your old con notes and satchels until they run out
