Operational Notice to all our valued Clients

During the period 3 to 10 September 2007 the Sydney Central Business District and city fringe areas will experience traffic delays due to the activities surrounding APEC. To assist in minimising delays with pick-ups during this period, Australian air Express would like to advise our CBD customers of changes to pick-up times/arrangements during APEC (i.e. 3 -10 September).

Key Changes:

• Ad Hoc pick-ups will need to be received (i.e. called-in) by 1200 noon.
• Customers with Permanent Pick ups are requested to have pick-ups ready for collection 1 hour earlier than the usual time.
