About these Applications
TRACK & TRACE Scanning of barcode labels on consignments as they pass through our system updates the information in our Track & Trace Database and provides our computers with the information needed to determine where articles are at any given time.
Consignments can be tracked on line via the Internet or via Freight Master work stations installed at our customers' offices. Alternatively, call our Australia-wide Customer Service number, 13 12 13.
FREIGHT MASTER Our exclusive Freight Master software allows account customers:

Prepare barcoded consignment labels

Make on-line Bookings (eliminating the need to telephone our Australia-wide Customer Service number, 13 12 13) and;

Track & Trace consignments on line.
Later on this year, Freight Master users will also be able to establish Proof of Delivery requests on line.
This gives Freight Master users the ability to independently control the freight process - creating consignments; managing pickups, tracking progress through to final delivery - from a single work station, located in their offices.
PROOF OF DELIVERY AaE's Proof of Delivery system stores electronic images obtained by our drivers as proof of delivery. Proof of Delivery requests are obtained for all consignments delivered by AaE and its associated agents.
On line access to our Proof of Delivery database via the Internet is accessible to AaE account customers as part of our suite of Internet services.
Proof of Delivery images are indexed by consignment numbers and lodgement dates and, once retrieved, can be viewed, printed or emailed to any email address.
Proof of Delivery images are stored on the database for 12 months, after which they will be archived off line.
CONSIGNMENT NOTES AaE's Consignment Notes system stores images of the Finance Copies of Consignment Notes charged to AaE account holders.
The system allows AaE account customers to view Consignment Notes images only relating to their own account (and subordinate trading accounts) 'E-Mail Enquiries'.
HOW TO APPLY To access these applications you will need to be an approved AaE account customer with an assigned User Name and Password. To obtain a User Name and Password, please click on 'E-Mail Enquiries'.
