"To use our on line applications you will need user names and passwords for each location at which pickups and deliveries will be made. To obtain these user names and passwords you must 'register' with us. You can do this on-line or by telephone."
To use our Internet (Track &Trace, Proof of Delivery) or, Freight Master applications you will need to be a registered AaE account customer, with assigned User Names and Passwords for each location from which pickups and deliveries will be effected.
A university with four campuses, for example, would probably want each of its campuses to be regarded as a separate location, so each would be assigned its own Account Number, User Name and Password.
STEP ONE - Registration
To register, use our on-line email enquiries facility or call our Australia-wide Customer Service number, 13 12 13.
Following receipt of your application, we will telephone you to answer any questions you may have regarding the use of our applications and to advise confirmation of your company's registration.
Registering by Phone?
If you wish to register by telephone, please be prepared to provide our Customer Service staff with following information:

Your name as 'the Applicant' and your Position in the Company.

Your Telephone and fax numbers;

Your email address and e-mail account number;

The Company Name and the Street or PO Box Address of its Head Office;

The Company's AaE Account Number (Head Office) and;

The name of the person approving the company's Application for Registration, that person's Position in the Company and Telephone Number. (The Applicant may approve the request for registration if the company so wishes.
STEP TWO - Allocation of Account Numbers, User Names and Passwords
Since your company's various locations will already be recorded on our customer database, it will not normally be necessary for you to provide that information again.
Separate Account Numbers, User Names and Passwords will automatically be generated for each location and you will be advised of these by e-mail.
