This Application Form is to be used when applying for a credit facility with Australian Air Express - International Services.

The Application Form encompasses all the terms and conditions for the operation, establishment and use of a credit account with Australian Air Express - International Services.

The Customer is required to complete all questions in the Application by supplying the appropriate answers in the spaces provided. Incomplete or incorrectly answered questions may delay consideration of the Application.
