Please be prepared to provide our Customer Service staff with the following information when making your booking:

• Your Account Number; Sender details (full address and telephone number);
• Consignment weight and physical dimensions;
• Number of items comprised in the consignment, and;
• The time the consignment will be ready for collection.

You will be advised of a firm delivery time (DOTARS security regulations prevent us from providing flight details).

We suggest that you record the Next Flight booking number which will be provided to you when you make your booking. The number will be prefixed with the code 'SNR' (eg. SNR9406).
