Whilst Australian air Express (AaE) maintains the highest levels of security and delivery standards, unforseen accidents can result in the loss or damage of freight. Which is why taking out our Parcel Protection is a great way to protect yourself against any unexpected incidents should they arise.

• No Excess on Claims
  Unlike insurance, with Parcel Protection there is no excess on claims, which makes it the smart way to manage the risk on your lower value consignments.
  
  
• Lowest Rates in the Market
  AaE offers Parcel Protection at the industry’s lowest Optional & Automatic rates. *

• Ease of use
  Parcel Protection is an optional service. If you only require it on a few parcels, then simply tick the box on your consignment note and cover your goods up to a selected value. For automatic protection on every consignment ask about our Automatic Cover options.
  
  
• No Prepayments
  Parcel Protection is pay as you go service. There is no charge until you dispatch your goods.

what you're covered for

If you choose Parcel Protection, and your package is damaged as a result of our actions, AaE will reimburse you up to the lesser of:

• The nominated level of protection.
• The cost of the repair.
• The substantiated value of the goods
